You will also get periodic updates as the conference draws closer.

  1. The Price You Pay

All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, and once you have booked and paid in full, we will not increase your price.

  1. If We Cancel Your Booking

We aim to provide the conference as booked. But if, for example, there are not enough people booked for the conference, we may have to cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel the conference in any circumstances.

Parties acknowledge and agree that if an Event is canceled by International Living, in their sole discretion, International Living shall not be responsible in any manner to customer for any loss, expense or additional costs that may be incurred by customer from booked lodging and travel. International Living strongly recommends the Customer purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to a canceled Event. If applicable, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to either rebook any Event cancelled due to a force majeure event or offer to Customer the option of attending an alternate Event. Deposits provided to International Living may be applied to the rebooked Event.

  1. If You Cancel Your Booking

Our health and safety plan is designed to create the best experience possible, one where you can safely and effectively learn and network. Please read our full safety statement here.

Please Note: As the trajectory of the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, our Health and Safety Policy is subject to change. We will reevaluate the health and safety protocols for this conference as we get closer to the event dates.
